Site Installer
Geogreen Solutions Ltd, trading as ABG Installs, is a well established company specialising in the installation of Blue and Green roofs and Hard and Soft Landscaping projects throughout the UK.
Due to an increase in the number of new projects, we require a reliable and hard working Installer to work as part of a team on construction sites throughout the UK to install our geosynthetic based systems and associated materials. This will include work on roofs, podiums and other construction sites.
Main duties include:
- Assist in the smooth installation of products and raw materials, following correct procedures to achieve specified installation targets and quality standards
- Working strictly to health and safety rules, RAMs, method statements and installation instructions
- Demonstrate a good level of communication, liaise with and take instruction from Site Supervisor, inform of problems (or potential problems)
Ideally you will have experience of construction site work, manual handling and working at heights, since a lot of our work is on roofs. You must have a CSCS card and full UK driving licence. Experience or an interest in ground works and hardscapes is desirable.
Hours for the role will be variable and work schedules will include some early starts. You must be prepared to work away from home on a regular basis Monday to Friday. The role requires Installers to be active and physically fit, since manual handling is part of the requirements. Training will be provided.
OTE: £32,000 + working away enhancement, paid weekly via timesheets
